Aleya joined our firm as a Law Clerk in January 2025 and graduated from CUNY School of Law with her J.D. in May 2025, where she distinguished herself as Staff Editor for the prestigious CUNY Law Review and gained exceptional experience as a Matrimonial Unit Legal Extern at District Council 37 and Senior CLE Program Coordinator at the New York City Bar Association. A Presidential Scholarship recipient and Dean's List honoree from Loyola University Maryland, Aleya brings outstanding academic credentials and diverse legal expertise to our practice. Upon receiving her passing bar results, she is set to become our Associate Attorney, combining her scholarly achievements with unwavering dedication to client advocacy.

Amy is absolutely essential to our firm's operations, bringing 37 years of exceptional legal expertise across complex medical malpractice, personal injury, and professional liability cases. Her mastery of federal and state court e-filing systems, meticulous attention to detail, and remarkable organizational skills make her an invaluable and valued member of our legal team. When she's not ensuring our firm runs seamlessly, Amy pursues her passion for figure skating and dedicates her time to rescuing rabbits.

With a Juris Doctor from American University Washington College of Law and a Master's in International Law, Claire has represented sovereign nations before international tribunals at prestigious firms including Foley Hoag LLP and the World Bank's International Centre for Investment Disputes. Fluent in English, Spanish, and French, she has maintained a 100% success rate in complex immigration cases and contributed to global peace and security through high-stakes diplomatic dispute resolution. Upon becoming barred in Georgia, she is set to join our team as a Pre-Litigation Attorney, bringing her world-class legal expertise and proven track record of success to our practice.

An integral part of the team, Rio inspires Medders Injury Law to pursue justice with the same passion that she chases down tennis balls. Rio has been by Morgan’s side at the office from day one and transitioned into a role as Medders Injury Law’s goodest girl when Morgan started his practice. When she’s not at the dog park or playing fetch with Morgan, she is often found quietly asleep in her nook.
